I. General provisions
The organizer of distance selling via www.ping-pong.pl is Miłosz Przybylik, running business activity under the company EMPE Sport Miłosz Przybylik, 36/480 Piłsudskiego Street, 41-303 Dąbrowa Górnicza, NIP: 6292082082, REGON: 240800884, hereinafter referred to as the Seller.
All prices in the shop are gross prices (prices include VAT). Orders can be placed through the website www.ping-pong.pl 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
At the time of placing an order by the Customer via the Internet, and the acceptance of the order for implementation by the Online Store is generated order number. The customer is informed of this fact by e-mail. The customer is also informed about the implementation of the order via e-mail.
To each shipment we attach a confirmation of purchase (receipt). In case the Buyer wants to receive a VAT invoice, please fill in the appropriate fields in the order form.
All goods in the Online Shop www.ping-pong.pl are new, and free from physical and legal defects.
II. How to make purchases in our shop
To make purchases in the shop, you must collect products in the shopping cart, then fill in all contact fields that are necessary to complete the order.
III. Order processing

The parcels are sent within 1-2 days from the receipt of confirmation of receipt of payment or from placing an order for cash on delivery. Shipping fees and packaging are included in the shipping costs. We advise you to collect several products in one order to avoid duplication of transport costs.
In the case of card payments, the delivery date is counted from the moment of positive authorization of the transaction.

V. Returns (Withdrawal from the purchase/sale contract)
The buyer consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale within 14 days without giving any reason and at no cost, making a statement in writing. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement before its expiry.
The period of time to withdraw from the contract begins with the acquisition of possession of the item by the consumer, or a third party designated by him.
Statement of withdrawal from the contract The consumer may submit, by completing the appropriate Form "Statement of withdrawal from a distance contract".
The return referred to above is allowed only in the case of unchanged goods, unless the change was necessary within the limits of ordinary administration. The return can be made in the original packaging if the goods were in the packaging. The goods should be properly secured.
The seller, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the buyer's statement of withdrawal from the contract, guarantees a refund of 100% of the amount paid for the product by transfer to the customer's account. The cost of delivery and return of goods is not refundable. The consumer is obliged to return to the Seller immediately, but no later than 14 days from the day on which he withdrew from the contract. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send back the goods before its expiry.
If the consumer has chosen a method of delivery of the goods other than the cheapest usual method of delivery offered by the Seller, the Seller is not obliged to reimburse the consumer the additional costs incurred by him.
The consumer shall bear the cost of returning the purchased goods.
The consumer shall be responsible for reducing the value of the item resulting from its use in a manner that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
In the case of the need to return funds for the transaction made by the customer's payment card, the seller made the return to the bank account assigned to the payment card of the customer's payment card

By registering in the Store, the Customer agrees to the collection and processing by the Seller of the personal data provided in the form within the meaning of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 101, item 926, as amended) for the sole purpose of completing the Orders.
The Customer may agree to receive from the Seller information of an advertising and commercial nature, including by means of electronic communication. This consent is granted by the Customer by marking an appropriate option on the registration form. The consent is not a condition for the execution of the Order.
The Customer shall have the right to inspect the content of the personal data provided and to correct them, as well as to demand removal of the data.
